Fabulous Deliveries

At Fabulous Wedding Gifts we know you want your beautiful items delivered as soon as possible and we work very hard to ensure this is the case.

Dispatch

All online payments are processed immediately, and providing the items are in stock in our warehouse will be dispatched to you within 1-2 working days from the day that you place your order. We carry all of our products in stock, however at peak times of the year volumes reduce quickly and sometimes items may be on back order. If this is the case, and the items are not in stock at our warehouse it may take up to 10 working days to dispatch your items to you.

If for any reason the dispatch of your order is likely to be delayed due to bank holidays, seasonal times of the year and other significant dates or reasons we will inform you at our earliest opportunity.

Christmas Shipping Timescales

Please be aware of the following cut-off dates for shipping in time for Christmas:

Standard Shipping: 15th December

Expedited Shipping: 20th December

Delivery

All parcels are posted by courier or via Royal Mail and will usually be delivered between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). Parcels may require a signature upon delivery, and so we advise you to provide us with a delivery address where someone will be available during the daytime to receive the parcel. If there is not anyone available at the delivery address to sign for the goods your delivery driver should leave a card explaining the process to request re-delivery or collection of your parcel. If the parcel is uncollected or delivery is not re-arranged it will be returned to Fabulous Wedding Gifts.

If you have chosen standard delivery, your items will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days of us dispatching them, however Fabulous Wedding Gifts cannot be responsible for later delivery as this is beyond our control. If you require your items within one week, please select the expedited shipping option at the checkout. This will ensure priority dispatch and delivery within 1-2 days after dispatch.

Help, I Need My Items Fast!

If you are in a hurry and need your items for a specific date, that’s no problem! Simply select the Expedited Shipping option at the checkout and your order will be prioritized for same day dispatch (if ordered before 11am), and delivered in 1-2 days. Our friendly, dedicated team are on hand to help round the clock and will try their best to get your items to you in time for your deadline!

Delivery Costs

Fabulous Wedding Gifts charges £4.99 for delivery to mainland U.K (excluding Scottish Highlands).

For orders to Postal Codes: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, ZE, TR21-25 and all other non-mainland U.K postal codes Fabulous Wedding Gifts charges £12.99 for standard delivery and £18.99 for expedited delivery.

We’re sorry but we don’t deliver to PO Box address or BFPO addresses.

If for any reason extra delivery charges apply to your order, for example due to weight restrictions, we will inform you at our earliest opportunity.

International Delivery

If you require delivery to a non-U.K destination please contact us for a quote at delivery@boughtonline.co.uk . Postage costs displayed on the site relate to UK deliveries only.
